Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for:

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect engraving or size error caused by us

2. Production Time

Custom orders require [14 days] depending on design complexity.

3. Approval Process

For certain designs, we may provide:

• Mock-up images

• CAD design

• Measurements confirmation
  Production begins only after your approval.

4. Modifications

Changes requested after production begins may incur additional fees.
